Ronan is a digital media executive and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience at the crossroads of music, creator culture, and technology. He began his career in the music industry, leading digital marketing teams for major record labels, where he helped pioneer early online and e-commerce strategies for global artists. By age 25, he became Warner Music Australia’s youngest Director and signed the country’s first iTunes distribution deal.
In 2015, Ronan launched MuzeRoom, the world’s first smart content curation platform for music. After initially launching as a direct-to-consumer platform, he pivoted to licensing MuzeRoom’s proprietary algorithm to other music companies. In 2022, he orchestrated the sale of MuzeRoom’s source code to several major global tech firms, securing a profitable exit.
Most recently, Ronan co-founded RoundTable, a platform that enables creators to monetise their communities through live, interactive video sessions with superfans. He led the company’s pre-seed funding round backed by Antler. Alongside his entrepreneurial ventures, Ronan has held senior roles across leading entertainment and digital media organisations, including MTV and VA Media (a leading YouTube monetisation partner). His career offers a rare, end-to-end perspective on how artists, rights-holders, and platforms create and capture value in the evolving digital ecosystem.
