Acting Program Leader
Kate Arnott has been a freelance journalist, content creator, video producer, podcaster and photographer since 2014. She’s worked with Tennis Australia, the Melbourne Theatre Company, fashion house J’Aton Couture, distiller Cedar Fox and various video production companies. She presents, produces, researches, writes and edits ‘Leading Change: The Technology in Schools Podcast’.
During 18 years with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, Kate worked as a video journalist, reporter, presenter, producer, researcher and vision & sound editor for high profile domestic and international radio and television news and current affairs programs.
Kate has taught journalism at La Trobe University, RMIT and specialises in video & digital journalism and Fashion, Lifestyle Journalism at Collarts. Her passions include pub choir, hamburgers, art galleries and diving with sharks and rays.
